Ashley Ortega is an actress from the Philippines. Ashley Ortega was born on December 26, 1998, in San Fernando La Union. Ashley Ortega, a Filipino actress. She is a German from the Philippines, as well as her father Spanish-Filipino. At the age of 12, her first appearance on TV consisted of commercials, which were on GMA Network. GMA Network. Asha Rangappa who was previously associate dean at Yale Law School and assistant Dean of the Jackson School of Global Affairs at Yale University is a senior lecturer as well as an expert on international affairs. Asha's previous position was as an Investigator Special in the New York Division in which she specialized on counterintelligence investigations. The work she did involved assessing threats to national security conducting confidential investigations into suspected foreign agents and performing undercover work. Asha acquired experience while working with the FBI in interviewing techniques as well as electronic surveillance. Asha also learned about deadly force, firearms and various methods for interrogation. Asha was awarded the Fulbright award for constitutional reform research in Bogota Columbia following her graduation with distinction from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. She graduated from Yale Law School as a Coker Fellow as well as working as a legal assistant for Juan R. Torruella at the U.S. Court of Appeals First Circuit of San Juan Puerto Rico. She is admitted to the State Bar of New York (2003) and Connecticut (2003). Asha is a regular contributor to ABC News and has written Op-eds in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. Asha is also a board member of Just Security, and she's an Council of Foreign Relations member.
